Reporting an incident

In the event of an incident which is covered by the Policy you must inform us in writing as soon as possible, after the loss, damage or accident.

This can be done by either completing the online form or printing and completing a claim form and sending it to us by fax, post or email. Once we receive the claim form, we will contact you so that the necessary arrangements can be made to process your claim and send a surveyor, if necessary.
