Managing Director
Mr Albert P. Mamo – Mr Mamo has been involved in insurance for over 35 years and steered insurance operations through merger and transformation from Agency to an indigenous insurance company. Mr Mamo has had considerable input into the evolution of Malta’s insurance market.
Chairman
Mr Joseph A. Gasan – Mr Gasan is the CEO of the Gasan Group of Companies. GasanMamo Insurance Ltd forms part of this group. Through this Group, Mr Gasan has a wide background in numerous sectors both in Malta and abroad. The group’s interests include Automotive, Property Development, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Engineering and others.

Mr Paul G. Matthews (UK) – Mr Matthews has been actively involved in insurance business since 1973 holding several key positions both in the UK and the Caribbean with Royal & SunAlliance. His expertise extends into the reinsurance aspect of the business.

Mr Baudouin Deschamps (Belgium) – Mr Deschamps brings to the Board a wealth of experience from managing insurance operations throughout Europe in various capacities within the Aviva Group.

Mr P. Danny Rosso – A qualified Accountant, Mr Rosso is the CFO of the Gasan Group and has a wealth of experience in Malta and abroad. For many years he was Chief Accountant of a leading Bank in Malta.

Mr Martin Wonfor (UK) – Mr Wonfor is an economics graduate and a chartered accountant by profession. He has spent most of his career in the financial services field and was a partner of Cazenove & Co. from 1989 to 2000 and subsequently a main board director from 2000 to 2003 when this company changed from a partnership to a private limited company.
Executive Director
Mr Julian J. Mamo - As Director - Sales, Marketing & Administration, Mr Mamo a graduate in Business Management, has been in the insurance business for over 15 years and manages the company’s Sales & Marketing efforts and the administration of operations. Mr Mamo is a member on several company boards and is a Council member of the Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry.
